Step 1 – Buy the Plot
You sign the Offer to Purchase for the Plot & Plan.
A Deposit of 10% of the Purchase Price (Land Agreement) is due within 14 days of date of signature.
The plot will then transfer into your name at the Deeds Office.
If you are using a bond, the bond will start when the erf registers in your name.
If you are buying cash, the plot price is paid on transfer.

Step 2 – Building Deposit
Before the building plans are submitted to the municipality:
Seven days before the plans are submitted to the municipality, the 10% building deposit invoice is issued to the buyer.
